If you would like to join our ranks, whether as a regular member or an associate member, please use the Membership Roster link to call or e-mail us for an application.  We will explain the membership application process, DD214 requirements, and application fee.

You must be a Marine or FMF Corpsman with an Honorable Discharge to join as a regular member.

Membership:  Any Marine or former Marine or Fleet Marine Force Corpsman may become a member of the League.

Associate Membership:  Anyone who has served in the US Military, or anyone who espouses the purposes of the League, may become an associate member.

Membership in the Marine Corps League Auxiliary is available to the wife, widow, mother, grandmother, stepmother, sister, daughter, stepdaughter, daughter-in-law, or aunt of a Marine or former Marine.
